DC Cooperative Housing Coalition. This organization, of which The Broadmoor is a member, is an advocacy and service organization that exists to advance the common interests of cooperative housing associations in the District of Columbia and promote cooperative housing as a desirable form of home ownership.  

The National Association of Housing Cooperatives provides resources for co-op boards and information about buying into, and living in, housing cooperatives.

The Cooperative Housing Coalition is a 501(c)(4) non-profit corporation whose efforts focus on strengthening the cooperative community's capacity to enhance the environment in which housing cooperatives exist and are created.
 

The Edmund J. Flynn Company was the pioneering force behind many of the area's premiere cooperative associations and directly involved in the conversion of The Broadmoor. The Flynn Company provides settlement and transfer services and maintains the ownership records for hundreds of cooperative associations.

OAO Mohn & Allen CPAs is The Broadmoor Cooperative's accounting firm. Its CPAs and accounting specialists offer professional services to businesses and individuals.
